Notino Return Policy?
At Notino, customers can withdraw from the contract within 90 days without stating a reason. This applies to any purchased product with the exception of those which were altered or manufactured according to customer instructions (e.g. an engraved packaging) or cannot be returned due to hygienic purposes (e.g. open beauty products and other goods which come in direct contact with the skin).
If a customer chooses to have an item gift-wrapped or ecologically wrapped, it is no longer possible to withdraw from the service contract once the item has been wrapped, as the service has already been provided. The same applies to gift-wrapped goods if the products have already been gift-wrapped.
Customers are responsible for the reduction of the value of products which result from using these products in a way that exceeds the necessary familiarisation with the properties and functionality of the products (for instance if a fragrance is kept in use after it has already been tested). In these cases, only a proportional part of the price can be reimbursed.
To withdraw from the contract without stating a reason, customers should notify Notino of the decision within 90 days. The products should be sent to the address provided by Notino immediately or within 14 days at the latest. If, in relation to the contract, a customer has received an additional free item (“gift”), it is necessary also to return this gift.
The purchase price of the goods will be reimbursed within 14 days from the day of the withdrawal at the latest. However, the payment can be postponed until the goods are returned. If a customer withdraws within the first 14 days from the delivery of the goods, they are also entitled to be reimbursed for the expenses related to the delivery in the amount that corresponds with the cheapest available mode of delivery.
